Terms & Conditions

⚪ Any additional requests or modifications outside this scope will be billed separately.

⚪ Changes requested after approval or development stages may affect delivery timelines and cost.

⚪ Maintenance includes bug fixes, security updates, and minor content changes for a duration of 6 months.

⚪ Major revisions or new features are not included in the maintenance and will incur additional charges.

⚪ No refunds will be provided once the project has started.

⚪ Cancellations requested before the project begins will incur a 20% processing fee on the total invoice value.

⚪ The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner.

⚪ Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

⚪ General support is available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM IST via email, phone or meeting.

⚪ Any requests outside support hours or marked as urgent will be subject to additional billing.
